Afimall City opened in 2011 and took the central place in the stylobate of Moscow City — the so-called central core of the complex on plots 6, 7, and 8. The total area of the property is 316,832 sq. m, featuring six above-ground floors. The developer is AFI Development, and the construction cost was 300 million dollars.
